This included implementing analytic platforms and modelling software to improve the user experience and accelerate development and implementation of analytics and models. For the last 4 years he has been in IT leading the enterprise data & analytics team that has drastically changed how FCC collaborates using its unique data.

Here is what Matt is going to talk about >

FCC uses its focus on continuous analytics to understand our customer journey, risk management, marketing plan, and how agricultural data supports farmers/farming. Continuous advancement of enterprise data & analytics is a twofold problem that involves both improving data availability/quality and changing the culture around analysis and decision making.
